so what codes and scripts do what, what is better and why, what is used for what, also what are the codes they use for programing games and all that. basically every code/script/anything that exists, what are they used for.

there are many different kinds of programming language..
e.g. java , html , php , c++ , c , c# , basic , javascript , ….. etc
the java sun has many uses and it's useful for many things on computer
HTML is used to make websites..
PHP is used to make the datebase for the website
javascript is used with HTML to make the website much better
basic is an old language . you must have "DOS" to use this kind of language.
you can use "Adobe Flash" to make your own flash game….
