How do I make the most out of AdSense and blogging?

I’ve read here that get paid to write web sites like HubPages and Associated Content are a good way to build a portfolio but earning money through AdSense that way is slow. If I just use my own blog(s), or else combine my blog(s) with the write for pay sites, what’s the best strategy?

Should I make several blogs on the same topic to increase hits to the same AdSense ads?

Should I stick to just blogs, or do Iuse HubPages (or another) as well?

Is there any blogsite there that allows AdSense besides Blogger?

How many articles per day and how many hits per day do I need to get to receive a paycheck every month or every two months?

What if I find a niche topic that I like? Can I realistically expect to make money from it just because I’m knowledgeable in it and can write about it? Or is the market simply dominated by specific subjects?

never has a RC of any MS OS been so positively hailed. It is said to be even better than XP. Microsoft already dominated the OS market with a giant 90% market share. Vista was condemned and univetrsally hated; and because of this, Apple succeeded in invading Windows niche by converting many Windows enthusiasts into Apple fanboys.

But the positive acclaim of MS Windows 7 seems like it will give microsoft further monoploy into the OS market and bring apple (and linux) to their knees. W7 brings the perfomance of XP coupled with the eye candy of Vista

What`s the most video people search via internet?

Hello.

I am full time blogger and I also active for make up vlog(video blog).If you are people that really love of video on internet can you tell me whats the most video that people always search at internet?

Right now I have a project to make up a video blog for niche market.Let say if many people love to watch a golf video so I will create a video blog of golf video and the blog will be update daily.

So here it is really hard for me to find a niche video and I don`t want to put a lot of category under one website. The niche category is better and it is friendly with search engine.

If you can help me I am really appreciated it!
Just ask your family and your friends whats the great video that I can choose. I hope if I can find accurate niche,I believe that my website will get a lot of traffic but please I did not accept a sexy niche like sex or something else that related with it.

I hope by create a video blog like this I can help another people to watch their favorite videos and maybe can help them for any job.

java vs .net (c#) which is better? Or is there a niche ?

Which is better to spend the time learning for maximum job opportunities and $ obviously. I strayed from programming long ago to pursue general IT duties and am burnt out at this point. I seemed to be the happiest when I was doing some html/php work (mostly tons of comparing code and retrofitting for my needs but I learned a bit)
I see that .net requires you to learn Sql pretty heavily, which in itself could land jobs.
I'm wondering which of these two is the best..

OR is there a niche platform someone would suggest with less competition in the market and longterm promise.

I'm looking to start a Web Hosting business aiming at SOHO/SME businesses and aiming B2B prospects.

I have a good idea on how I wish to run the business and it's infrastructure – I've got 4 years in the Web industry under my belt so I do know quite a bit.

Few questions:
1. What's the best/preferred place to read up on Web Hosting marketing trends and where I can read about possible niches and successful markets.

2. Does anyone know of any reliable outsourcing agencies (NOT India – I wish to make clients comfortable and be a very responsive company). Specialists in PHP, ASP(.NET), ColdFusion, JavaScript, Windows Server, Linux.

3. Any great areas to target possible leads? (I'm thinking of direct mailing, surveys, questionnaires, forums)

I understand there is a lot of competition out there for Web Hosting. But I strongly feel that I can become successful with the right leads and market direction.

First Page Rankings all that matter?

I have a website that is for online classified ads, so I don't have any product to sell in a "traditional" sense. I currently have an SEO company helping me, and they are doing a very good job. However, I'm not on the first pages yet for any major keywords (I am on a few first pages for some very minor keywords). My website is probably similar to the top sites in my niche in terms of attractiveness and ease of use and we have taken alot of time to optimize it for best flow to help with conversions. I am basically generating no business at all, even though I've tried many different marketing tactics.

My question is…For a website like mine, that is purely internet driven, are first page rankings on my main keywords the only thing that will generate business? And…if I have an attractive, user friendly site and provide a service that people want (my main keyword is searched for 100k times a month), if I get first page rankings what is the likelyhood that I'll start generating some business?
my classifieds site is a little more specific…it is horse classifieds – still lots of competition, but more specific than just a broad classifieds site, if that changes anyone's opinion.

Is it worth competing with You Tube?

I live in Sweden and been sticking around trying all different ways of making a good income online.
Although my biggest interest has been offering a dating agency.
So I tried and I tried, now I have two sites, both with a very few number of members.
Today I found a really great You Tube clone ( I am not talking about the scripts )

And was wondering if I should sell all my current dating sites for a nice price and start working with a video sharing site.

I was thinking like focusing on a specific niche, like video sharing for ehm let’s say dog lovers, or cat lovers, etc etc.

Can anyone tell me wha the chances would be for a company like that going on profit?

So to conclude,
start local (Sweden, then Scandinavia the Europe, and so on to USA and Canada).

I don’t really know how to measure the market and anallize the possibilites so I was wondering if someone can help me with this.

Ideas for a Computer Business?

I own a small IT company, Campus Technology Solutions, LLC. I have been in the IT field for several years starting with the U.S. Navy. The business I have know is basiclly a repair company that has a technition come to you house. We all know that the market is saturated with computer repair companies does anyone have any ideas for a IT service that is under representive a niche for the residential sector. As customers what would you like to see a computer company do that no one in your area does? In the end I am trying to develop a service that is unique.

How do I create a website, cheaply?

So I got this cool idea for selling products to a niche market. However, I don't know the first thing about website design, HTML, domain names, blah, blah, blah… and I don't want to pay a web-designer. I want to do this cheap, not necessarily free, but cheap. What is the best site to help me build my page, that will get me into the big 3 (search engines) and get me noticed, so I can sell, sell, sell? I've been looking at this "buildyoursite.com" and they look pretty user friendly, but I have no clue if it's what I should use… Please, let me know what you think…. Thanks in advance!

Host Gator?

Hi Everyone,

I am still looking for a web host, I just went on live chat with Host Gator, as I read what they had to offer it did not make any sense to me, so I connected to the chat feature, I asked do you have a month to month feature or a 3 month payment plan? I waited 5 minutes for the connection. I finanally got connect to an agent, I asked the above question, he said please wait, another 10 minutes went by, and he came back, and said ok what was it you wanted to know? Who needs 200 emails? I have been reading up on web hosts for a while now, and then I read reviews and everyone says they suck, so what can someone do, either they have lousy communication, they bill you extra, or they don't perform, even GoDaddy should be easy, but they have the worst feedback, can't someone have a website that is Senior friendly, do you know how many seniors would love to do this, this is a niche market no one has tapped into yet, why not? Please help with referrals? Cudos H2H
I also want to add a web host I ran across called MochaHost, have you heard of this one and what you do thing, is this one outdated too?
