How do I COMPLETELY DELETE and Adwords campaign?

I have Adwords campaigns that I've deleted but they're not exactly "deleted" but I can still SEE them! It makes it hard manage my Adwords account because the "deleted" ads are still visible. Is there are way to completely ERASE the deleted campaigns?

Sorry, limited characterse in headline… In the new Yahoo! Marketing (Yahoo!'s version of Google Adwords), they offer an option that could be a huge time saver, if I only knew how it worked. They allow you to import your campaigns from other marketing systems, but in order to do it you have to download some file that contains all the information, in order to upload it to Yahoo!'s system. Does anyone know if you can download a file from Google Adwords to do this?
