What’s the best video cards for the PC?

I was wondering what the newest video cards on the market are. I'm trying to look into what the best card is for the latest PC games, and i haven't a clue to what i should be looking for.

I currently have a ATI PRO card i bought for 400$ a few years ago, and it has became extremal outdated, (the local stores don't even carry it anymore)

I'm looking for a '1st class top of the line' graphics card, but i have no idea what I'm doing.

What cards do you have, and what card would be the highest quality?

How do I create a website, cheaply?

So I got this cool idea for selling products to a niche market. However, I don't know the first thing about website design, HTML, domain names, blah, blah, blah… and I don't want to pay a web-designer. I want to do this cheap, not necessarily free, but cheap. What is the best site to help me build my page, that will get me into the big 3 (search engines) and get me noticed, so I can sell, sell, sell? I've been looking at this "buildyoursite.com" and they look pretty user friendly, but I have no clue if it's what I should use… Please, let me know what you think…. Thanks in advance!
