My budget allows me to spend up to 0 on a video card. I want to know what the fastest video card on the market for under 0. It can be ATi or Nvidia I don't really care. Oh and if you could include some benchmarks to back it up that would be great.
They have an overclocked GTS that reaches 678 MHz.

How important is the processor when it comes to playing video games?

I have a Pentium Dual Core 1.8Ghz and i just installed the new GTX285 graphics card from NVIDIA. Even though it is currently the most powerful single GPU card on the market, some games, including GTA IV, NFS Undercover, and MOH Airborne, run very slowly at high resolutions and maximum details. Could my processor be too slow for the graphics card?
Breaking Billy, please don't correct me when I know I'm right. The GTX285 is the most powerful SINGLE GPU card on the market today. The GTX295 has two GPU's.

Where are my NVIDIA Drivers for Vista?

"NVIDIA not being ready for DX10, Vista, and SLI is a low blow to enthusiasts and gamers that spend the big bucks, and they will remember that for a while

“World-class support” should be a minimum expectation, not just a marketing tag line

Logitech, Creative, NVIDIA driver disgrace

"Guess that Vista upgrade is just going to have to wait — either that, or I upgrade my hardware to something compatible and vow never to buy Logitech, Creative or NVIDIA ever again!"

What is one of the best and reasonably priced AGP video cards?

First, thanks for taking the time to assist me :)

I have an AMD Athlon 64-bit (3200+) ~2GHz and 1GB of RAM. In World of Warcraft, I usually average about 30fps.

I'm not in the market to spend a lot of money, so I was wondering what a good AGP video card would be. I know that PCI-E is the newest and fastest technology, but my computer is about four years old and I don't want to replace the motherboard without upgrading the CPU.

I have an NVidia GeForce FX 5950 Ultra. If there isn't anything that would be a huge or significally better upgrade (since AGP isn't as common anymore), just let me know, as I don't want to spend 0+ for 5 more frames per second.

I'm not really good with what to look for with video cards, nor do I over-clock. If you would like to inform me of what matters the most with a video card, that would also be appricated.

Thanks again for your time,
Derek

What are the benefits of having a good video card other than for gaming?

I'm going to be building a new system and my brother suggested I buy a 0 Nvidia card. I'm not too familiar with the video card market right now, so I scoffed at the fact that he suggested such an expensive card.
